God knows what He's going to do already

Good morning! Fall is here in full force. How was your weekend? I had an eventful weekend over here in the lower east side; brunch with friends, shopping, eating cozy food in the rain, and a great church service.

As October is approaching (tomorrow), Lucas and I are reminded of the ticking clock that is our lease ending. We were very sure we were going to keep this apartment, sublet it, and travel for six months. However, on Friday evening, we got a letter in the mail that our landlord is escalating a lawsuit against our building unit which may raise the rent significantly.
