As we travel around the world, what we’ve come to find out is that here is joy in the house of the Lord—no matter where it may be. From Brazil to Argentina to Spain, each church we’ve found and fellowships with on Sunday has been a blessing to us.
However, we haven’t been quite successful in our pursuit of a church in Switzerland, because our airbnb is nestled in a village an hour from any major city, and finding an english speaking church in a french village with a population of 1,000 people has proven difficult.
We decided to listen to a sermon today and have a home church service, because where two or more are gathered (Matthew 18:20). If you know me you know I love a good Apostle Joshua Selman Sermon, or a ‘A Selman’ as my husband and I simply put it. I was not able to publish a Feature Friday this week, so I want to share this sermon—I am coining it Sermon Sunday, or Selman Sunday.
This sermon was on the peace of Jesus and how we can have peace even in the midst of adversity. I’ll share my notes with you tomorrow, but here’s a link to it below in case you’re seeking a home church service as well! Enjoy!
